The lightweight nature of the design means that the frame and roller are easily handled by a single person, making short work of costly set up times and providing flexibility. An innovative design feature is the provision for an adjustable model, catering for various pipe diameters and ground clearances is also an option with Richmond Light Duty Pipe Frames and Rollers.

Richmond designed the pipe frame and rollers with provision for various pipe diameters, as well as providing an option of durable steel rollers or polyurethane coated rollers. Utilising a polyurethane roller in the pipe frame reduces the surface damage to both protective coatings on pipes and the pipe itself.
